Our bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Cleaning service was friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff was fantastic and the evening meals were delicious. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Quiet location near the main square.

The room was spacious and had perfect lighting. We slept well on the comfortable bed. This hotel is conveniently located near many good restaurants and the main square. My stay at Hotel Opera was perfect for my travel purpose as I was heading to the airport, which was only a half-hour drive away. The hotel is located in a nice town with plenty of restaurants and I appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Despite leaving early, they ensured I had breakfast to go and the corner room I stayed in had great natural light and no outside noise. The shower was also enjoyable and the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was perfect.

Some staff members lacked customer service skills, which made for a rather uncomfortable experience during check, in and meal times.

Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and had a blast! The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates upon arrival. The room was very clean and the complimentary Wi-Fi worked great.

The room we stayed in was a bit too warm, and the thermostat didn't work. We ended up having to open the window to let some cool air in, but it was a bit too noisy due to the traffic outside. Also, the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety. Overall though, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
